Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you of product models whose production has already been discontinued as per below list. As for products that have been discontinued for a long time, many spare parts are now unavailable in the market. In addition, deteoration of the instrument itself over time is a major concern.
It is our policy to provide repair and maintenance support for our products as long as possible, but the limitation of parts availability and instrument deterioration restricts us from maintaining these instruments in top shape.
Our policy for providing maintenance shall be set as follows:
10 years from the date of shipment or 7 years from the discontinuation of the model, whichever comes first.
