Some of the Tanaka products have been discontinued for 7 to 15 years, and some repair parts, including electronic as well as mechanical, can be no longer acquired in the market.
Although we always strive to support our discontinued products as long as replacement parts are available, in some cases the repair tends to be temporary fix in nature, and we often face the dilemma whether or not this is the best product support that we should propose to our valued customers.
